Why am I not able to complete in-game purchases via the Epic Games Store checkout?

We are aware that some players are unable to purchase content in game via our Checkout page. To resolve this issue, please update your Epic Games Launcher by following these steps:

1. Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the Launcher.
2. Select Settings.
3. If you see a Restart and Update button, click it to update the Launcher.

If your Epic Games Launcher is already updated, try running it as an Administrator by following these steps:

1. Right-click your Epic Games Launcher shortcut.
2. Click Run as administrator.
3. Launch the game.
