Why can't I see my purchases I made on my console (Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch) in Fortnite?

If you recently made a purchase on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, or Samsung devices and can't see it in your account, try these steps:

  1. Verify that you are logged in to the correct Epic Games account. 
  2. Check if your console's Date and Time are correctly set and match your time zone.

  3. It can take 2 hours for a purchase to show on your account. If it's been less than 2 hours, wait, then check again.
  4. Try uninstalling the game and installing it from the account on which you made the purchase. This will help verify that you are using the correct account.
