Why haven't I received my Epic Rewards after my purchase in the Epic Games Store?

Epic Rewards are added at different times based on what you buy:

• Non-refundable items like virtual currency or subscriptions: Rewards are added right after purchase.
• Refundable items: Rewards are added 14 days after purchase, once the refund window closes.
• Pre-purchased games: Rewards are added 14 days after the game’s official release date.

Note: Purchases, or parts of a purchase, made using your Epic Rewards balance do not count toward earning new rewards.

To check your rewards, go to your Epic Rewards (Opens in a new tab) page in Account Settings and select Epic Rewards from the sidebar.
