Why haven't I received my refund for a purchase made with CodaPay?

When you request a refund for a game, it may take up to 30 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. The exact timeline depends on the payment method used during the purchase. 

If your payment was made through Mercado Pago, PicPay, PIX, or UPI India, your transaction might have been processed by CodaPay. To confirm if CodaPay handled your payment, check for a receipt sent to your email by CodaPay.
