Why haven't I received my refund for a purchase made with Xsolla?
If you made a purchase on the Epic Games Store through PIX, Multibanco, MBWay, Banco de Credito, or XSolla_Banco Itau, your transaction may have been processed by Xsolla. You can verify the purchase receipt to confirm that the transaction was processed by them.
If Xsolla processed your transaction, you will have to contact their support team to receive the funds.
