Can I delete parental controls completely?

The Parental Controls PIN on an Epic Games account cannot be removed once it has been set.
Epic Games Support cannot remove the PIN on your behalf - you will need to manage your restrictions directly through your account settings.

However, the PIN alone does not restrict your account: restrictions only apply based on the specific settings you choose. You can turn off all restrictions without removing the PIN.

To adjust or remove restrictions

1. Go to the Parental Controls page
2. Enter your 6-digit PIN.
3. Adjust or turn off each setting to your preference.

You can control the following settings:

• Content age ratings for the Epic Games Store (restricts purchase and download of mature-rated games and content)
• In-game parental controls for Fortnite, including chat and spending settings
• Paid Random Items on Developer-made Islands in Fortnite
