How to view and manage your Epic Games support tickets
On the My Requests page, you can view your submitted support tickets, reply to open tickets without using your email inbox, and check their status at any time.
Viewing your submitted tickets
- Sign in to your Epic Games account.
- Go to the My Requests page. (Opens in a new tab)
- Select any ticket to view the full conversation.
Note: Only support tickets submitted via your current signed-in account are shown.

Replying to an open ticket
- Open the ticket you want to reply to from the My Requests page. (Opens in a new tab)
- Type your message in the text field at the bottom of the conversation.
- (Optional) Attach any relevant files.
- Click Send.
Closing a ticket
- Open the open ticket you want to close from the My Requests page. (Opens in a new tab)
- Click Close & rate request at the bottom of the page.
- (Optional) Rate your experience in the pop-up window.
- Click Close request.
