How to close your Epic Games Support tickets

If you want to close one or more of your support tickets, you can do this at anytime on our help site.

1. Go to the My Requests page (Opens in a new tab).
   Note: If the My Requests page doesn’t load, click the envelope icon at the top of the help site to view your open tickets.
2. Find the ticket you want to close.
3. Select the ticket you want to close
4. Click Close & rate request at the bottom of the page
5. (Optional) In the pop-up window, rate your experience
6. Click Close request
