I'm getting emails from Epic Games in the wrong language

If you're receiving emails from Epic Games in a language that you don't understand, or you want to change the language, you can update your preferred communication language in your Account settings: 

  1. Go to the Communication preferences (Opens in a new tab) in your Account settings.
  2. Under the Preferred Communication Language section, select your preferred language from the dropdown. 
  3. Changes will be saved automatically upon selection.
