"There was an error processing the credentials from the external login system" error

This error message appears when you try to log in to Epic Games using a Microsoft account without an Xbox Profile.

To resolve the error, you will need to create an Xbox profile by following these steps:

1. In a web browser, go to: www.xbox.com (Opens in a new tab)
2. Sign in with your email address.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup of your Xbox account
4. Reattempt to log in to Epic Games.
