Why was my account recovery request denied?

The following can result in a denied account recovery request:

• You used a VPN or Proxy when submitting your account recovery request. 
• You started your recovery request from a location where you have not logged in before.
• You may have included insufficient, incomplete, or incorrect information when submitting the request. 

Once you have addressed the issues above, you can submit a new account recovery request (Opens in a new tab).
