Why are all games in my library unavailable?

If you have an older version of the Epic Games Launcher, you may become unable to update or install games in the Epic Games Launcher, and the launcher may also display a blank or black screen. Try the steps below to resolve this.

1. Open the Epic Games Launcher.

2. Click the Settings Icon next to your profile in the top right corner of the Launcher.

3. Select the Settings option.

4. If there is any available update you will see a notification here. Click on UPDATE AND RESTART to install the latest version.

   You can check your Epic Games Launcher version by scrolling all the way to the bottom and checking the first 4 numbers shown in the light grey text. If the number is smaller than 20.2.4, the launcher is out of date and might need to be reinstalled.
