I bought a game on the Epic Games Store but I can't download it

If you pre-purchased a title on the Epic Games Store but you can't download it, make sure that the game has been released by checking the Available field on the title's store page:

1. Start Epic Games Launcher.

2. Select Library.

3. Locate the game and click on the three dots icon.

4. Select Go to Store Page.

5. Check the Available field to ensure that the game is released.

   Once the game is released, the Available field will be replaced with the Release Date field.
