How do I customize the top bar in the Epic Games Launcher Preview?

You can choose which tabs appear in the top bar of the Epic Games Launcher Preview, such as Store, Library, and Develop. You can also hide the Library tab, or pin games to the top bar.

Choose a top bar layout

1. Select the Epic Games Logo in the top-left corner of the Epic Games Launcher Preview.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select Navigation.

   Alternatively, you can right-click anywhere in the top bar and then click on Customize top bar...

4. Under Build your top bar, select a layout:

   • Player and Developer: Store, Library, and Develop. This is the default layout.

   • Player: Store and Library.

   • Developer: every Develop section.

   • Custom: your own layout.

To show only icons in the top bar, turn on Hide labels. To go back to the default layout, select Reset to Epic default.

Build a custom top bar

1. In Settings, under Navigation, select Custom.

   You can add these items to a custom top bar:

   • Communities

   • Develop

   • Divider

   • Fab

   • Fixed space

   • Library

   • Pin a game

   • Projects

   • Settings

   • Store

   • Tools

To hide the Library tab, remove Library from your custom layout. To pin a game, add Pin a game and choose the game. To remove a pinned game, remove it from your custom layout.
