Why can I not complete the Geno Quests in Fortnite?

We are aware of the issue with completing the Geno quests in Fortnite. Players might encounter an error after entering the "YourThoughtsAreMine" Cheat Code in the Admin Panel to complete the Geno quests. This Cheat Code is tied to an expired quest and you won't be able to use it. You can still unlock all rewards by completing 9 of the available Geno quests.

Some players might also report that they completed all 9 Geno quests, but the progress is stuck or they haven't received all the rewards.

If Geno quests are not updating after you have already completed all 9 of them, try the following steps:

1. Start a new Battle Royale match.

2. Find "The Order" on the map and talk to her about the next steps to take Geno Down:

   • Look for a speech bubble on the map near one of two locations:

     1. Go to the "Reality's Reign" location on the map. "The Order" will be waiting for you at the top of the hill near the Extraction Site.

     2. If she is not at the first location, go to the "Chopped Shop" location and talk to her.

If you have completed all the quests and talked to "The Order" but the issue still occurs, please be aware that this is being investigated.
