This card may not be redeemed by this account due to territory restrictions, when trying to redeem my V-Bucks Card

Please ensure that the country or region where you purchased the V-Bucks card is the same as the one listed on your Epic Games account.

To check the country or region of your Epic Games account:

1. Launch the Epic Games Store

2. Select your Player Icon (circle with initials) in the upper right corner

3. Select Account

4. Select Account Settings in the left column

5. Scroll down to Address

6. Check the Country/Region box
