Why did I receive a Leeching Ban in Fortnite Battle Royale?

What is AFK Leeching?

AFK Leeching is when a player intentionally idles in a match and does not participate in its gameplay, disrupting and disadvantaging their squad.

How did I receive this ban?

Players who are identified as sitting idle repeatedly will receive a warning message on their lobby. If they continue to engage in this behavior they will receive a matchmaking ban to prevent further abuse. This is a temporary ban that will not allow the player to join a match until the ban timer has expired.
