How can I update my Hyperwallet Information?

You can update these yourself

Sign in to your Hyperwallet account portal at epicgames.hyperwallet.com (Opens in a new tab) and follow the on-screen steps to change:

Transfer method (bank account, PayPal, etc.)
Phone number (note: your account must be activated first)
Payment currency (set when adding a new transfer method)
Password -- use the Hyperwallet change password page (Opens in a new tab)

These require a support ticket

For the following changes, Epic Games Support must close your current Hyperwallet account and create a new one with the updated information. Contact Epic Games Support to request:

Legal name
Email address
Tax Profile type (e.g. Individual to Business)
Date of Birth
Address
Tax Identification Number (TIN)
Account closure

Epic Games Support cannot process these requests on behalf of third parties. You must reach out personally.
