How to research schematics in Fortnite Save the World?

You can unlock permanent weapon and trap schematics using Schematic Research Tokens.

1. Loot at least one weapon or trap during a mission.

2. Complete the mission successfully.

3. Return to Homebase.

4. Use your Schematic Research Token to unlock a schematic.

Research token rules

• You can only hold one token at a time.

• If you earn another token, the game automatically uses one based on rarity and power.

• If there is a tie, the selection is random.

• Tokens are not awarded in Ventures missions.
