How do I manage data sharing between my Epic Games account and MyDisney account?
When you link your Epic Games account and MyDisney account, Epic Games account information including account ID, display name, language, linked account display names, and progress and gameplay data in Disney x Epic Games experiences is shared with Disney.
Data sharing requires your consent at the time of linking on both the Epic Games side and the Disney side. You review and accept each during the linking process.
If your accounts are linked but data sharing is not available, for example if you linked before the data sharing experience was available in your location, you can turn it on from your Linked Accounts (Opens in a new tab) page: Select Update data sharing next to the MyDisney account and complete the steps.
For supported locations, please refer to What locations support linking my Epic Games account and MyDisney account?
How to stop data sharing with Disney?
Unlinking is the only way to stop data sharing. When you unlink, Epic Games removes the MyDisney connection from your Epic Games account and stops sharing data including account ID, display name, language, linked account display names, and progress and gameplay data in Disney x Epic Games experiences with Disney. You will also no longer be able to sign in to your Epic Games account with Disney sign-in.

How to manage account linking permissions in Parental controls?
The Account Linking Controls setting in Parental controls (Opens in a new tab) lets you manage whether your child can use their Epic Games account to sign in to or link with non-Epic games and accounts.
When set to Allow, your child will be able to use their Epic account to sign in to or link to non-Epic games or accounts. We'll email you when your child links a new account.
When set to Ask each time, we'll ask your permission by email each time your child tries to use their Epic account to sign in to or link to non-Epic games or accounts.
To remove an existing link between your child’s account and Disney, which also stops data sharing, follow the steps in How do I unlink my MyDisney account from my Epic Games account? while signed in to your child’s account.
