I have lost in-game levels and collectables from within a Creative Island

Creative Islands are developed and maintained by independent developers. Collectables and levels within a Creative Island are the developer's responsibility - Epic Games Support can't restore them.

To get help, contact the island's developer:

1. Search for the island on Fortnite.com (Opens in a new tab) to find the developer's page and contact information.
2. Check the island's description in-game for links to the developer's community channels or Discord server.
