How to resolve issues for your 1042, 1099, or other tax documents

If you are having any apparent issues with your tax documents:

• For tax years 2024 and prior, email [email protected]. Ensure the email address [email protected] is added to your contacts; otherwise, your email provider may categorize the return email as spam or junk, or quarantine the email and remove the attachment.
• For tax year 2025 and onwards, you will need to submit a support ticket.

In both scenarios, please include the following information:

• Your full legal name
• Your legal address
• Your email on file
• The Epic ID associated with the Tax Interview profile in question
