How can I update my Hyperwallet Information?

You can update these yourself

Sign in to your Hyperwallet account portal at epicgames.hyperwallet.com (Opens in a new tab) and follow the on-screen steps to change:

• Transfer method (bank account, PayPal, etc.)
• Phone number (note: your account must be activated first)
• Payment currency (set when adding a new transfer method)
• Password -- use the Hyperwallet change password page (Opens in a new tab)

These require a support ticket

For the following changes, Epic Games Support must close your current Hyperwallet account and create a new one with the updated information. Contact Epic Games Support to request:

• Legal name
• Email address
• Tax Profile type (e.g. Individual to Business)
• Date of Birth
• Address
• Tax Identification Number (TIN)
• Account closure

Note: Epic Games Support cannot process these requests on behalf of third parties. You must reach out personally.
