Island performance issues during a sponsored campaign

To verify if the Impressions from a sponsored campaign were delivered:

  1. Navigate to Projects (Opens in a new tab) in the Creator Portal.
  2. Select your project.
  3. Select the Analytics.
  4. Navigate to the Impressions section. Select the Sources filter.
  5. Review impressions delivered from Sponsored Row.
    Note: unpausing a campaign will require the next day (in UTC) to begin, before impressions can start again.

If your island experienced performance issues during a sponsored campaign that was completed and paid for, you will need to submit a support ticket to contact our team. To help us investigate, please include the following information:

  • Date(s) of the performance issues
  • Campaign metrics
  • A detailed description of what went wrong
