Island performance issues during a sponsored campaign
To verify if the Impressions from a sponsored campaign were delivered:
- Navigate to Projects (Opens in a new tab) in the Creator Portal.
- Select your project.
- Select the Analytics.
- Navigate to the Impressions section. Select the Sources filter.
- Review impressions delivered from Sponsored Row.
Note: unpausing a campaign will require the next day (in UTC) to begin, before impressions can start again.
If your island experienced performance issues during a sponsored campaign that was completed and paid for, you will need to submit a support ticket to contact our team. To help us investigate, please include the following information:
- Date(s) of the performance issues
- Campaign metrics
- A detailed description of what went wrong
