My creative island got rejected and I did not receive an email or sanction ID

When you see in the Fortnite Creator Portal (Opens in a new tab), that your island has been rejected, you can appeal that decision on the Epic Games Safety and Security Center (Opens in a new tab) under the Sanctions and Appeals (Opens in a new tab) section.

Rejection emails are sent to the team owner and publisher, not all team members. Contact team members who own or published the project for more information.
