My Sponsored Row campaign was completed but not delivered

Your campaign will only be delivered if your bid was accepted. If your bid is not accepted, the delivery rate of your campaign will remain at 0%.

If your bid was accepted go to the Campaigns page in the Creator Portal (Opens in a new tab), check the Status and Delivery rate of your campaign. If the Status is Completed and the Delivery Rate is 100%, your campaign was delivered successfully.

If your Sponsored Row campaign shows as Completed but the Delivery rate is below 100%, you will need to submit a support ticket to contact our team. To help us investigate, please include the following information:

• Island Code
• Campaign ID
• Date and times of the campaign delivery issues
• Description of what went wrong
• Screenshot of the dashboard metrics (If available)
