Payment issues for Sponsored Row campaign

If your payment fails, Epic Games will email you to let you know there was a problem. You can fix it by updating your payment method through the Update payment method link in the email or in the Campaigns tab of the Creator Portal (Opens in a new tab).

If you’ve updated your payment method but still can’t complete the payment, you will need to submit a support ticket to contact our team. To help us investigate, please include the following information:

  • Payment method used
  • Date of attempted payment
  • Invoice ID from the email receipt (if applicable)
