Sponsored Row payment overdue

An overdue payment refers to a balance that isn’t paid within the grace period shown in the Sponsored Content Terms.

When a payment is overdue:

• Campaign access is restricted
• Active campaigns are cancelled
• New campaigns can’t be created
• Sponsored islands won’t appear in the Sponsored Row in Discover.
• Engagement Payout (EP) may be withheld to cover unpaid balances
• You can still update your payment method in Creator Portal, unless you pay for your campaigns using Engagement Payout Awards.
• Island ownership cannot be transferred.

If you believe the overdue payment is an error, you will need to submit a support ticket to contact our team. Include the following in your request:

• The campaign ID(s)
• Date the payment was due
• Reason for the delay
