Why is XP disabled on my Fortnite Island

XP on Fortnite islands is evaluated based on how Accolade Devices are set up and used. Islands must follow the XP guidelines to remain eligible.

Player Support cannot manually re-enable XP on an island or provide specific details about why XP was removed. If you believe XP was disabled in error and your island follows the Accolade Device guidelines, you can submit a bug report.
