Why is my Creator Code disabled?
Your code may have been disabled for several reasons, including (but not limited to):
- You didn't complete the tax profile within the required time.
Note: Creators/developers, who missed the 60-day Hyperwallet setup window, will no longer face a 90-day cooldown period and can immediately retry the setup. - Your Epic Games account was disabled due to a violation of the Epic Games Terms of Service (Opens in a new tab).
- Your Creator Code was disabled because you are not eligible to participate in the program:
- Support-A-Creator (Opens in a new tab) eligibility requirements
- Engagement Payout (Opens in a new tab) eligibility requirements
If applicable, you will receive your rewards.
Please note that if you reapply to one of our creator or developer programs using a new Epic Games account, that Creator code will be disabled because of its association with your original account. This also means that no future payments will be processed for any new account.
