Why can't I create custom matches in Fortnite?

Creating custom matches is only available for members of our creator and developer programs, at this moment it is not available for all players.

If you are already a member of one of our creator or developer programs, before being able to create custom matches, you need to complete the account creator setup process. You won't be able to create or host custom matches without completing this, even if you are already part of the program.
