Island not showing in the Sponsored Row campaign drop-down

To appear in the campaign drop-down, your island must meet the following requirements:

• Published

• Visibility set to Listed or Unlisted

• Not in moderation

• Not ineligible due to downranking or unoriginality

• The published release must not have been previously rejected for campaign eligibility or removed due to low performance.

If your island meets these criteria and still does not appear in the campaign drop-down, you will need to submit a support ticket. Also make sure to include the Island Code in your request.
