I have a charge from Epic Games I’m not familiar with — what should I do?

If an unauthorized purchase is made using a payment method you own or through an account you created, we will do our best to assist you.

However, please note that these purchases must be less than 90 days old.

My child made unauthorized purchases

Unauthorized purchases on third-party platforms

If your child has completed a purchase through a console or mobile device and not the Epic Games Store directly, you will need to contact the respective platform's Support Team in order to request a refund. 

We are unable to directly refund purchases made on Sony PlayStation, Microsoft Xbox, or Nintendo Switch.
