Why haven't I received my refund yet?

For self-refunded games or refunds requested from Player Support, refunds may take up to 14 business days to return to your card.

If you have not received a refund after this time period, please contact your payment method provider as they will be able to assist.

Important Note: If your refund was sent to a payment method that is no longer active, please contact your bank or payment method provider.
