Why can't I talk to Jay at the Lightning Sanctum to complete my quest in LEGO Fortnite?

We are currently investigating an issue where players cannot talk to Jay from the Lightning Sanctum to complete the quest in LEGO Fortnite. This issue will be fixed in a future game update.
