How to renew your Fortnite Crew subscription

If you currently have an active Fortnite Crew Subscription that expires soon and you want to turn on recurring billing for your account, follow the steps below: 

Epic/PC

  1. Navigate to www.epicgames.com/account (Opens in a new tab)
  2. Sign in to your Epic Games account.
  3. Visit your Subscriptions page (Opens in a new tab) in the Settings menu.
  4. Confirm that your Subscription is still Active with the "Expires on" date.
  5. Select Resume.
  6. Follow the prompts to fill in your payment details for the Recurring billing

Note: If you already made a successful payment for the current month, the price will not be displayed when the purchase window opens.

In-game

  1. Launch Fortnite
  2. Go to the Battle Pass tab at the top of the screen
  3. Click Fortnite Crew 
  4. Hold the Rejoin Crew button
  5. Follow the prompts to fill in your payment details for the next payment
