IS-0003: Install Failed - Could not create directory

This error typically appears when you are trying to update or install a game. To resolve this issue:

1. Clear the launcher's webcache. Refer to: How do I clear the Launcher cache on PC?
2. Restart your computer
3. Right-click on the Epic Games Launcher
4. Select Run as administrator
5. Try to update/install the game again
