I used my coupon but my purchase did not complete
If you have used a coupon on a purchase that did not go through, your coupon is locked to that purchase. To unlock the coupon to use on your next purchase, follow the steps below.
- Click on the Checkout tab at the top of the screen, you should see that there are no eligible coupons.
- Click the down arrow icon to view coupons.
- You will see a blue "VIEW" button to click.
- You will be able to see the coupon that is still attached to the other order. If you are 100% sure that the order did not go through, click "CANCEL THIS ORDER".
- Your coupon is now unlocked and can be used for your next purchase.
