I used my coupon but my purchase did not complete

If you have used a coupon on a purchase that did not go through, your coupon is locked to that purchase. To unlock the coupon to use on your next purchase, follow the steps below.

  1. Click on the Checkout tab at the top of the screen, you should see that there are no eligible coupons.
  2. Click the down arrow icon to view coupons.
    Click the down arrow to view coupons.
  3. You will see a blue "VIEW" button to click.
    Click the "View" button.
  4. You will be able to see the coupon that is still attached to the other order. If you are 100% sure that the order did not go through, click "CANCEL THIS ORDER".
    If you are 100% sure that the order did not go through, click "CANCEL THIS ORDER".
  5. Your coupon is now unlocked and can be used for your next purchase.
