Errors when checking out with Klarna
If you are receiving the error message “There was a problem processing your request. Please try again” when selecting Klarna as your payment method in the checkout, your account information might not meet Klarna's new requirements.

Email address:
- Before @ please only use: Alphabet, Number, and Special Characters in !#$%&'+/=?^_`{|}~-
- After @ please only use: Alphabet, Number, and "-" between them
First and last name:
- Cannot contain only numbers
- Must be more than 1 character
- Allowed special characters: -'’.
