Error 404 Prompt during Hyperwallet Activation

If you are encountering Error 404 while trying to activate your Hyperwallet account, this is likely because you are trying to activate it for a different program than the one you initially signed up for.

A Hyperwallet account can only be activated via the program where it was created.

In order to activate your Hyperwallet account, simply proceed to the designated portal where your Hyperwallet account was originally created from:

• Developer portal (Opens in a new tab)
• Support-A-Creator (Opens in a new tab)
• Engagement Payout (Opens in a new tab) - Island Creator

If you are enrolled in more than one program and aren't sure which program the Hyperwallet account was created from, you may try to activate it from different portals.
