Paid advertisement

Paid advertisement requires Epic Games' consent. These steps should help you get started:

  1. Open the Creator support form. (Opens in a new tab)
  2. Log into your Epic Games' account.
  3. Select “Island issues”.
  4. Fill the form with all the necessary information.
    • Note: Make sure to add as many details as you can.
  5. Click the blue Submit button.
  6. Wait for a reply from the team!
