I can sign in to my Epic Games account, but I lost access to the email address on my account and I need to change it

To change the email address on your account if you do not have access to it, you will need to create a request to recover the account. Currently, you can only do this if you are not signed in to any Epic Games account. 

1. Open your browser in incognito mode so that you are not signed in to any account
