How do I get my Fortnite, Fall Guys, or Rocket League progress to sync across all of my devices?

To sync your progress across all of your devices, you need to have the platform account for each platform you play on linked to an active Epic Games account. To do this, please see below.

  1. Before you continue, it is important to understand the following about linking to your Epic Games account:
    • You can only have one of each type of platform account linked to your Epic Games account at one time. This means that you can only have one Nintendo account, one PlayStation account, one Xbox account, and one Steam account linked to a single Epic Games account at any time. This also means that you can’t have the same Nintendo account, Xbox account, PlayStation account, or Steam account linked to more than one Epic Games account.
    • If you are a child and your parent hasn't helped you set up your account, you may have a Cabined Account (Opens in a new tab) with different features.
    • If your platform account was already linked to your Epic Games account, and you suddenly lost your progress, your account may have been compromised. If you suspect that, follow this article instead: How can I recover access to my Epic account?
  2. You will need to figure out which platform has the progress you wish to keep. You will not be able to combine it if you have different progress showing across multiple platforms. For example, if you see different progress on your Nintendo and Xbox accounts, you will need to pick which of those has the progress you want to keep on both consoles.
