How do I link Facebook account to my Epic Games account?

  1. Before you begin, make sure you have the following:
    • The sign-in information for the Facebook account you want to connect to your Epic Games account.
    • A computer or mobile device with an internet connection.
  2. Go to the Sign in (Opens in a new tab) page.
    • If you are already signed in the Epic Games account where you want to link the platform, go to Linked accounts (Opens in a new tab) page and click Link button under under Facebook icon. Then follow the on-screen prompts to complete the linking process.
    • If you want to change to a different Epic Games account, click the avatar in the top right corner and click Sign Out. Once signed out, go to the Sign in (Opens in a new tab) page.
  3. Enter your Epic Games email in the Sign in with email field and click Continue.
    • You can also sign in with any other platform account you have already linked to your Epic Games account. To do so, click the platform icon and follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. Enter your Epic Games password and click Sign in.
    • You may need to provide your Two-Factor Authentication code to sign in.
    • You can check if you signed in to the right account on the "Is this the right account" prompt that shows during sign-in. You can continue with sign-in or click "No, change account" to sign in with a different one.
  5. After you have signed in to the right Epic Games account, go to Linked accounts (Opens in a new tab) page.
  6. Click the Link button under the Facebook icon.
    • If you are a child and your parent hasn't helped you set up your account, you may have a Cabined Account with different features. Learn more about Cabined Accounts (Opens in a new tab).
  7. In the browser page that opens, sign in to your Facebook account. You’ll be directed to a new page.
    • If you are already signed in to your Facebook account, this step will not appear.
  8. Once signed in to your Facebook account, you will be asked if you would like to let the Epic Games app access your account information. Click Accept to continue.
  9. After accepting, your accounts will be successfully linked.
