How do I download my account data?

To download your account information, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Epic Games account here: https://www.epicgames.com/account (Opens in a new tab)

2. Scroll down to the Download account information section and click Request Download

3. You will receive an email informing you that your account information is ready for download.

4. You will need to click the link within the email to sign in to your Epic Games account.

5. Click the Download file button under the Download account information section at the bottom of the page.

6. A prompt to enter a security code will display. You will receive an email shortly with a security code to open this file.

7. Enter the security code and click Continue. A prompt will appear at the bottom of your screen stating that a password was sent to unlock your file. 

8. Click on the downloaded PDF, and a prompt to enter a password will display. You will receive an email with a password to access the PDF.

9. Enter the 32-character password that is required to open the PDF file containing your account information.

10. You should now have access and be able to review your account information.
