The Continue button in the Parental Verification email is not working
If the Continue button in the Parental Verification email is not working (or if you see a blank page), try these steps:
- Try opening your email inbox in incognito mode
- Turn off your pop-up blocker on your browser if you have one installed
- Try using a different device, if possible
- Change the guardian email to a different provider (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.)
