Real ID stuck on the first page

After clicking the Start Verification button, the Real ID Verification does not start.

This issue occurs when you try to start the Real ID Verification through a browser with a pop-up block setting active. (Usually when using the Safari browser on IOS devices)

To resolve this:

  1. Use a different device (PC, android phone)
  2. Use a different browser
  3. Disable the pop-up block setting in the browser
