What is an Epic Account ID and where can I find it?

Your Epic Account ID is a unique identifier assigned to your Epic Games account during account creation. Unlike your account display name, Epic Account IDs cannot be changed and are not displayed to other users.

Locating your Epic Account ID on the web

1. Go to www.epicgames.com.
2. Click on Sign-in in the top right corner.
3. Sign in to your Epic Games account.
4. Hover over your Epic Games account name and click on Account.
5. Your account ID is listed under Account Information.

Locating your account ID via launcher files

On Windows:

1. Press the Windows Key + R to open the run box
2. In the run box type 'AppData' and confirm it with Enter
3. Now under 'C:\Users\User's Name\AppData\Local\EpicGamesLauncher\Saved\Data', you should see at least two .dat files. and the file names show the Epic Games account ID of every account that previously logged in.
4. Your account ID is listed as the file name.

On Mac:

1. Open Finder
2. Select Go to Folder... option in the Go menu of the Finder
3. Type /Library in the window that pops up, then press enter
4. Go to Application Support > Epic > EpicGamesLauncher > Saved >Data
5. You should see at least two .dat files, and the file names show the Epic Games account ID of every account that previously logged in.
6. Your account ID is listed as the file name.

Locating your Epic Account ID in Fortnite

1. Open Fortnite.
2. From the lobby, open the main menu by clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner.
3. Select SETTINGS after clicking on the gear icon.
4. Select the ACCOUNT AND PRIVACY tab.
5. Hover over EPIC ACCOUNT ID. Your Epic account ID will appear to the right.

Locating your Epic Account ID in Fall Guys on PC

1. Open Fall Guys
2. From the lobby, open the Social Menu.
3. Go to SETTINGS by selecting the gear icon on the top right.
4. At the bottom, click the SHOW ACCOUNT ID button.
5. Once you click the button, your account ID will appear on the second line.

Locating your Epic Account ID in Fall Guys on console

1. Open Fall Guys
2. From the lobby, open SETTINGS by selecting the gear icon
3. Go to PROFILE
4. Select Show Epic Account ID

Locating your Epic Account ID in Rocket League

It is not possible to locate your Epic Account ID in Rocket League. You can use the web instead.
