Here at Epic Games, we want to foster a healthy and fun community. We expect our players to follow our Community Guidelines. When creating your display name, make sure it does not contain any of the following:
- Vulgarity, hate speech, offensive or derogatory language of any kind
- Direct references to any Epic Games employee, product, service, or character
- Private Personal Information (Phone numbers, addresses, real names, etc.)
If your display name is considered within in violation of our guidelines it might be automatically reset to a random one in the future or not accepted at all.
Note: Display names must be between 3 and 16 characters.
