Uninstall and reinstall your game

Removing the game’s current installation files and reinstalling may resolve your issue.

1. Start the Epic Games Launcher.
2. Click on your Library.
3. Click on the three dots next to the game you are trying to play.
4. Click on Uninstall.
5. Restart the Epic Games Launcher and try to install your game again.

Flush DNS

1. Click on Start.
2. Type cmd.
3. Right-click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
4. Type netsh winsock reset and press the Enter key.
5. Restart your computer.
6. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to re-open the ‘Command Prompt’ window.
7. Type ipconfig/flushdns and press the Enter key.
8. Then, type ipconfig/release and press the Enter key.
9. Then, type ipconfig /renew and press the Enter key.
